CAD Design & Robotic Simulation
We create and modify CAD models using SolidWorks, ideal for investment pitches, proof of concept designs, or 3D printing. We also simulate robotic work cells using RoboDK, providing accurate workflow predictions, and reducing development risks. Additionally, we offer stress analysis and assembly simulations for reference purposes, giving clients an extra layer of confidence in their designs.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Development
We design and develop PoC prototypes in-house at our UTARI facility in Fort Worth, turning ideas into functional models/systems (e.g., cobot integrations) based on the project’s scope and available resources. These prototypes can include software, electrical, and mechanical components as needed.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We utilize tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder to develop PoC office task-related automation systems. These solutions illustrate how clients can streamline data and information-handling processes to enhance efficiency.

Machine/Process Monitoring
We deploy sensors and data acquisition systems to monitor equipment efficiency, power consumption, water usage, and temperature/humidity ambient conditions. Using metrics such as OEE (Operational Equipment Efficiency), we track production performance. This enables clients to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and identify areas for capital investment.

Dashboarding/Data Analysis & Visualization
We develop custom Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio dashboards to give clients clear, actionable insights, empowering them to make evidence-based decisions from their data.
